NOVEMBER 29, 2023 ORDER :- By this application, the applicants pray for quashment of the FIR, bearing Crime No.173 of 2017, registered with Loni Police Station, Dist. Ahmednagar for the offences punishable under Sections 498-A, 354, 323, 504 and 506 read with Section 34 of Indian Penal Code and the consequential Charge Sheet bearing R.C.C. No.261 of 2018.

It is submitted that the parties have amicably settled their dispute. The applicant and the respondent-informant have filed their affidavit in support thereof.
