Heard learned counsel for the applicants.

Perused the allegations in the First Information Report (for short "FIR") and also statements of witnesses. There are specific allegations with date in the FIR and also statements of witnesses against the applicants. The prosecution has collected the sufficient material on which trial can go on.

In that view of the matter, we are not inclined to entertain the application for quashing FIR. Hence, present Criminal Application stands rejected.
