Learned counsel for the applicants submits that the applicants have already withdrawn 50% of the amount out of the amount deposited in this Court. So far as the balance amount under award is concerned, the respondent acquiring body has not deposited entire amount before in Court and as such the applicants may be permitted to withdraw 25% of the remaining amount on furnishing undertaking and balance 25%, on furnishing solvent security/surety as per the order passed by this Court on 20.12.2013.

In view of aforesaid order passed by this Court on 20.12.2013, the applicants are permitted to withdraw the remaining amount deposited in this Court with accrued interest on furnishing solvent security/surety. Civil application is disposed of. ( V. K. JADHAV, J.) rlj/
