Mr. Kulkarni, the learned advocate for the respondent No. 1 submits that, initially there was ban for giving financial assistance for purchase of tractors. The said ban has been lifted and the proposal of the petitioner would be considered. 2.

The respondents shall take decision on the proposal of the petitioner for financial assistance for purchase of tractor within a period of six (06) months from today, on its own merits. The writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
