This is an application for withdrawal of amount. Shri Dande, the learned counsel opposes the application on the ground that exorbitant compensation has been granted by the Reference Court. 2.

Today the award is in favour of applicant. After hearing the parties, I pass the following order.

ORDER

A.

The applicant is allowed to withdraw 25% of the amount deposited on submitting an undertaking to this Court that in the event the applicant is directed to deposit the amount, the applicant shall deposit the same within one month.

The applicant is allowed to withdraw 25% of the amount deposited on furnishing solvent security of like amount. C.

The applicant is further allowed to withdraw 25% of the amount deposited on submitting bank guarantee of any nationalized bank.

D.

The remaining 25% of the amount deposited be kept in fixed deposit of any nationalized bank.

E.

The civil application is disposed of.
