This is an application for withdrawal of amount. Shri Dande, the learned counsel opposes the application on the ground that exorbitant compensation has been granted by the Reference Court. 2.
Today the award is in favour of applicants. After hearing the parties, I pass the following order.
ORDER
A.
The applicants are allowed to withdraw 25% of the amount deposited on submitting an undertaking to this Court that in the event the applicants are directed to deposit the amount, the applicants shall deposit the same within one month.

The applicants are allowed to withdraw 25% of the amount deposited on furnishing solvent security of like amount. C.
The applicants are further allowed to withdraw 25% of the amount deposited on submitting bank guarantee of any nationalized bank.
D.
The remaining 25% of the amount deposited be kept in fixed deposit of any nationalized bank.
E.
The civil application is disposed of.
