This is a successive bail application of the applicant seeking bail in Crime No.155 of 2021 registered with Killari Police Station, District Latur for the offence punishable under Section 302, 201 of the Indian Penal Code.

After rejection of earlier bail application by this Court by order dated 22.07.2022, the applicant instead of applying before the Sessions Court has directly applied for bail to this Court. There shall be no go bye to the procedure and every application for bail shall go first to the trial Court.
