This is an application for bringing on record legal representatives of respondent no. 2. It is stated in the application that respondents no. 2A and 2B are the heirs of respondent no. 2. Respondent no. 2 died on 19.09.2014. There is delay of 1648 days in filing the present application. Reasons for delay are stated in paragraph no. 4 of the application. Delay is condoned. 3.

In view of the oral submissions made by learned counsel for the applicants and for the reasons stated in the application, application is allowed in terms of prayer clause 'B'. 4.

Amendment in the title clause of the civil revision
