As per office note dated 24th July 2003, the notice of sole respondent returned unserved. On 6th November 2003, this court had issued Rule and specifically refused interim relief. Liberty was granted to move the matter for early hearing.

None appeared for the applicant and the respondent on 23rd February 2015. Liberty granted by this court vide order dated 6th November 2003 was not availed of. In view of this, it is clear that the revision applicant is not interested in prosecuting the matter. 4.
