We have heard the learned advocate for petitioners. 2.

We had asked the learned Additional Government Pleader to take instructions regarding present status of the verification proceedings. The learned Additional Government Pleader on instructions of the respondent submits that, the matter is fixed for hearing on 21st September, 2021. The vigilance cell was conducted. The reply of petitioners was solicited and the reply to the report of vigilance cell is received by the Committee on 12.06.2021. The Committee would decide the proceeding. 3.

Considering the above, the petitioners shall appear before

2 cp 379.21 the Committee on 21st September, 2021. The Committee shall thereafter decide the proceeding on or before 15th October, 2021. 4.

In case the proceedings are not decided as directed in the present matter, we would take serious view of the matter and the respondent would be liable for contempt. The contempt petition is disposed of. No costs.
