Heard the learned counsel for the Applicants and the learned counsel for Appellant No.1.

Considering the contentions raised in the application for withdrawal and having regard to the objections raised in the memo of appeal in exception to the impugned award, I do not see any difficulty in allowing the Claimants to withdraw the amount deposited by the Appellant Insurance Company in this Court on submitting an undertaking that in the event any adverse order is passed against them, they will redeposit the amount so withdrawn by them within four months of passing of such order. Order accordingly. Civil application stands disposed of.
