CORAM :

RAVINDRA V. GHUGE AND ARUN R. PEDNEKER, JJ.

DATE :

12th August, 2022 PER COURT :

CP 477-2022, 481-2022, 502-2022 1.

We have perused our order dated 29/03/2022 in a group of writ petitions filed by the petitioners and similarly situated employees. We had directed that the proposals seeking approval to the appointments of the petitioners and the said employees, should be decided by 15/07/2022.

2.

The learned AGP places on record a copy of the communication by the Education officer dated 14/07/2022, addressed to the Management and the Headmaster of the school, in which the petitioners are working. The same is marked as 'X' for identification. 3.

He further submits that a decision has been taken within the deadline. Out of the eight cases, three cases have been approved and the proposals of these three petitioners have been rejected. 4.

In view of the above, the learned Advocate for the petitioners submits that the petitioners would challenge the rejection of their approval and these three petitions can be disposed off. 5.

In view of the above, all these petitions stand disposed off. ( ARUN R. PEDNEKER, J. ) ( RAVINDRA V. GHUGE, J. ) vjg/-.
