It is the contention of learned advocate for the applicant that despite order by Consumer Grievance Redressal Forum dated 7th April, 2014, energy bills dated 8th June, 2015 and 6th July, 2015 have been issued, which are not absolutely in tune with the order passed by the CGRF. He further submits that in the meanwhile, electricity meter has been burnt and the same requires to be replaced by a new one. For said purpose, upon his request, these energy bills have been issued. 2.

Having regard to the position that CGRF has passed the

{2} ca8159-15 order impugned in the writ petition, the applicant to comply the same. The applicant to pay 50% of said amount, pursuant to the order passed by the CGRF as early as possible. Upon payment of 50% of the amount, re-connection / replacement of electricity meter be immediately done. Remaining 50% amount the applicant may pay in equal bimonthly installments, after payment of 50% of the amount as per directions of CFRF referred to above.

As far as energy bills dated 8th June, 2015 and 6th July, 2015 are concerned, it is for the applicant to take up appropriate proceedings against the same before appropriate forum. 4.
