2) Considering the contentions in the application for withdrawal of the amount and having regard to the objections raised by the appellant in challenge to the impugned judgment and Award, I deem it appropriate to pass the following order, -

ORDER

i) The applicants are permitted to withdraw a sum of Rs.2,00,000/- (Rupees two lakhs) from the deposited amount without any condition;

ii) The balance amount is permitted to be withdrawn by the applicants on furnishing a bank guarantee of any nationalized Bank in the like amount. .

CA for withdrawal of amount is disposed of.
