Instant Civil Applications are presented seeking recall of the order passed by this Court on 5th July, 2016, directing issuance of bailable warrant against applicants no.2 and 4. The direction for issuance of bailable warrant has been issued on account of non observance of earlier directions issued by this Court on 10.11.2014.
Learned Government Pleader, appearing for the State, informs that failure of the concerned applicants to remain present was on account of communication gap and that the lapse is not intentional. The applicants have also tendered unconditional apology for the lapses on their part.
{2} ca980716.odt For the reasons recorded above, the unconditional apology tendered by applicants is accepted. The order dated 05.07.2016, directing issuance of bailable warrants against applicants no.2 and 4 stands recalled.
