Mr. Irale Patil, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the suspension period of the petitioner from 01.03.2012 to 16.07.2015 be directed to be regularized. Unless the petitioner's suspension period is regularized, the pension papers would not be submitted. 2.

The learned A.G.P. accepts notice for respondent Nos. 1 to 3. 3.

Unless the enquiry is concluded, the decision cannot be taken by the employer qua the suspension period.

In the light of that, at present no orders can be passed in the present writ petition.

Writ petition, as such, is disposed of. No costs. 6.

The petitioner may approach the authorities for expeditious conclusion of the enquiry.
