V.
Virdhe respectively Advocate for Respondent No.2 : Mr. Ingole R. K. ...
CORAM : SANDIPKUMAR C. MORE, J.
DATE : 15.02.2023 PER COURT :
Heard rival submissions. The respective applicants are seeking condonation of delay periods as mentioned in both these matters which appear to be caused due to their poor financial condition. The learned AGP as well as learned counsel for the Acquiring Body strongly opposed the applications on the ground that there is huge delay and also circulation delay.
2.
However, considering the statutory right of the applicants, the delay periods in both these applications stand condoned subject to condition that the applicants shall not claim any interest for the aforesaid periods of delay and also for the delay in circulating the matter, belatedly.
3.
Appeals be placed for admission after removal of office objections, if any.
4.
The applications are accordingly disposed of. (SANDIPKUMAR C. MORE) JUDGE .....
