Petitioner is objecting to prescription of reservation of seats for Bhalgaon Village Panchayat. Since the process of election has commenced and the stage of acceptance of nomination papers is in progress, interference at this stage in the ongoing process of election would not be appropriate in exercise of extra ordinary jurisdiction under Article 226 of the Constitution of India. It would be open for the petitioner to avail of the remedies available in law, after completion of the process of election.
