On request, leave to add the District Collector, Aurangabad as respondent No.2 and convert respondent No.2 into respondent No.3. Addition and correction be carried out forthwith. 2.

The petitioner has put forth prayer clause 'C' and 'D' as under :- "C. The respondent No.2 to 4 may kindly be directed to decide the claim of the petitioner within 6 months for payment of rental compensation.

D. The respondent No. 2 to 4 may kindly be directed to compensate the petitioner in the light of Government Circulars within 6 months as well khs/Sept.2022/8745

The learned Advocate for the petitioner submits that his claim for rental compensation is pending with respondent Nos. 2 and 3. He, therefore, prays for a direction that the same may be considered and decided expeditiously.
