The learned counsel for respondent No. 4 - Acquiring Body made a statement that the amount of compensation has been deposited in the proceeding baring Special Darkhast No. 101/2012. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the entire amount of compensation is not deposited.

It appears that there is dispute as to whether the entire amount of compensation as per the award is deposited. Such a point can be decided by the Executing
wp10971-2016 Court. In the circumstances, in view of the statement made by the learned counsel for respondent No. 4, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
