The petitioners were initially given posting orders, however, they are not accommodated only for the reason that vacancies were not available.

Considering the anomalous situation, the Director of

WP No.9417/21 & Anr.

Education (Primary) shall consider the vacancies available with the respective Zilla Parishads and shall take decision with regard to the posting of the petitioners at a particular Zilla Parishad on its own merits. The same shall be done expeditiously and preferably within a period of two (02) months from today. 3.
