The applicants / appellants are seeking permission to bring on record legal representatives of deceased appellant no.5 Netaji Raghunath Deshmukh, who admittedly died on 26/08/2023 by condoning the delay of 229 days.

Though the application is opposed, but this an appeal of the year, 2009 and required to be heard immediately. In view of the same, the application stands allowed in terms of prayer clause-B, C
