The petitioner/plaintiff approached this Court seeking injunction against respondent/defendant from encroaching upon land of petitioner. The order dated 13.6.2025, by which a notice is issued to defendant by the Trial Court is challenged before this Court.

Learned counsel appearing for petitioner informs that defendants have already appeared in the suit. In this background, there is no reason to entertain present writ petition. However, petitioner shall be at liberty to file an application for ad-interim injunction, if application for temporary injunction is delayed for any reason.
