Heard rival submissions.

The respective applicants in these applications are seeking withdrawal of their respective amounts of compensation. The appellant - acquiring body has deposited the entire amounts of compensation in these matters.

This court vide order dated 04/12/2020 in other connected matters, has already permitted the applicant therein to withdraw 60% of the deposited amounts. As such, the applicants herein are permitted to withdraw 60% of the their respective amounts of

2 69 ca 1044-23+ compensation alongwith the accrued proportionate interest thereon by furnishing usual undertaking to the satisfaction of Registrar (Judicial) of this court as per their names shown in the title. The remaining amounts be kept in FDR in any nationalized Bank on yearly renewal basis till disposal of these appeals.Civil applications are disposed of accordingly.

B) IN CIVIL APPLICATION NOS.8193 OF 2019, 8199 OF 2019, 8195 OF 2019, 8197 OF 2019 AND 8201 OF 2019 :- Since the appellant-acquiring body has deposited entire amounts of awards alongwith the interests, the applications are made absolute in terms of prayer clause-A and disposed of.
