The learned Counsel for the applicants submits that during pendency of the Criminal Application no.732 of 2021, the charge-sheet has been submitted. The learned Counsel thus seeks leave to file an application for amendment to the main application seeking relief of quashing of the criminal proceedings. 3.

In view of the above and for the reasons stated in the application, Criminal Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (A). The copy of the charge-sheet is already submitted.
