This is an application for recalling order passed by this Court on 22.06.2015. The petition has been rejected for non-prosecution since the learned counsel for petitioner was absent, so also on consideration of merits of the controversy, this court has observed that in view of availability of alternate remedy, the petition is not liable to be considered. Even after accepting reasons for petitioner's failure to appear in the matter, there is no need to recall the order which has been passed considering the merits of the petition.
