There is civil dispute. Today submission was made by Shri S.V .Suryawanshi, learned counsel for the petitioner that suit is also fled for declaration and injunction, but there is no order of the Civil Court. Any order of the nature, which is sought by the petitioner, will create complications. It is desirable that frst Civil Court makes some order in respect of the dispute itself.
