We have heard Mr. Thombre, the learned advocate for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for respondents/State.

The first appeal filed by the petitioner is dismissed. The petitioner has filed second appeal. The same is pending. Application is filed for the stay. According to the petitioner, same is not considered.

The respondent/Commissioner shall consider the application filed by the petitioner for stay and/or appeal itself expeditiously and preferably within a period of six (06) weeks from today.
