1] Heard the learned counsel for the applicants, learned counsel for respondent nos.1 and learned AGP for the respondent-State.

2] The learned counsel for the applicants submits that in connected group of matters, this Court [Coram : Mangesh S. Patil, J.], by order dated 03.12.2019, has permitted the applicants therein to withdraw 70% amount out of the deposited amount, hence, the same order be passed.

3] The learned counsel for respondent no.1 submits that appropriate order be passed.

ORDER

i] The application is allowed.

ii] The applicants are permitted to withdraw 70% amount along with accrued interest thereon out of deposited amount by respondent no.1 on furnishing undertaking.
