Mr. Dhobale, the learned advocate for the petitioner submits that, the management has submitted pay bills of the petitioner to the respondent No. 4, however, same are not processed.

In case, management has submitted pay bills of the petitioner to the respondent No. 4, then the respondent No. 4 shall process the same and shall take decision upon it expeditiously and preferably within a period of three (03) months from today.

The respondent No. 4 shall consider the order passed earlier order dated 04th May, 2017 in Writ Petition No. 5893 of 2017.

In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
