10-03-2022 PER COURT :- After hearing the learned Advocate for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for respondent no.4 - State, it appears that, the order impugned in the present petition is also challenged by the petitioner by filing Appeal before the Collector, Beed. Learned Advocate for the petitioner makes a grievance that the appeal was finally heard by the Collector, Beed and is reserved for orders since last two months, however, no order is passed. 2.

In that view of the matter, this Court is not inclined to entertain the writ petition at this stage. Writ petition is dismissed. 3.
