Heard for sometime. This is a second time the appellant seeking a bail in the event of arrest. 2.

After hearing for some time, the learned Advocate for the appellant seeks leave to withdraw appeal, on instructions. 3.

The learned Advocate for the appellant submits that his client would surrender to police station and would file a bail application. He only prays that the bail application be directed to be decided at the earliest. This Court only expect, if applicant surrendered and files bail application, the same be considered at the earliest.

The Original Appeal is disposed off as withdrawn. 5.

The learned Advocate Mr. Fulfagar, for the respondents was appointed through the Legal Aid. He shall be entitled to receive Rs. 5,000/- (Rs. Five Thousand) towards his professional charges.
