This application is for restoration of the writ petition which was dismissed for non-removal of the office objection. The learned Registrar (Judl.) by order dated 01.08.2022 had passed a conditional order granting two weeks time to remove the office objection. Since the office objection was not removed within two weeks, the writ petition was dismissed. There is also a delay of 1042 days caused in filing the application. For the reasons stated in the application, the delay is hereby condoned.

The writ petition is restored, subject to removal of the office objections within two weeks and payment of Rs.2,000/- towards costs. Cost shall be paid to the Creche/Day Care Centre, Bombay High Court, Bench at Aurangabad.
