By this application, the applicant seeks restoration of the writ petition, which stood dismissed on account of non-removal of the office objections, as a consequence of order dated 20.01.2025 passed by the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court.

It is undertaken on behalf of the petitioner that the office objections would be removed at the earliest, if the petition is restored. 3.

For the reasons stated in the application, the same is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (B) and (C), but the same shall be subject to the office objections being removed within two weeks of the restoration of the writ petition and further subject to deposit of costs of
