Heard Mr. Bolkar, learned advocate for the petitioner. 2.

We had asked the learned A.G.P. to take instruction with regard to the execution proceedings pending for implementation of the order passed under section 5 of the Mamlatdars'

Courts Act.

The learned A.G.P. informs that Circle Officer had taken steps for implementation of the order, but it was informed that some proceedings are pending.

Execution proceedings can proceed further if there are no prohibitory orders passed by the Courts of competent

WP No.8969/21 jurisdiction.

The respondents may take steps for execution of the order, in case there is no impediment and there are no prohibitory orders of any Court.

With these observations, writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
