Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the respective parties. Delay of 19 days has occurred in filing the appeal. The reasons are explained in the application. I am convinced that, the delay has been sufficiently explained. Hence, the following order.

ORDER

(i) The delay caused in filing the appeal is condoned. Appeal be registered in accordance with law. Civil Application for condonation of delay stands disposed of.

(ii) After registration of the appeal, issue notice to the respondents, returnable after four weeks.

Advocate Shri Choudhari waives notice for Respondents No.1 to

2 1122.2019CA..doc 5 i.e. original claimants and Advocate Shri Sarvadnya waives notice for Respondent No.6.

(iii) Appellant is permitted to serve respondent no.7 even by way of private notice. It be indicated in the notice that, an endeavour shall be made to dispose of appeal finally at the admissions stage.
