Mr Thombre, learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that inadvertently certain basic requirements which ought to have been complied with, are not complied as the petitioner is a student and is not much conversant with the legal niceties. As such, he prays for withdrawal of the present petition with liberty to file a fresh petition.
