Heard Mr. Pathare, learned counsel appearing for the applicants and Mr. Joshi, learned APP appearing for the respondent-State.

One Gayabai More lodged complaint to the police station alleging that her daughter Swati was given in marriage to one another accused Manohar Kolse. The husband, mother-in-law and father-in-law of her daughter were demanding an amount of Rs. 1,50,000/-. The informant by selling her vehicle paid an amount of Rs. 1,00,000/- to the husband of deceased Swati and assured to pay remaining amount. One week before the incident the husband of the deceased namely Manohar contacted the informant on phone and enquired about the remaining amount, on which the informant assured to pay within a short period.

The allegations against the present applicants (accused No. 5 to 8) are that, when they came to the marriage of one Popat at that time they abused the daughter of the informant namely Swati. The allegations of illtreatment and the demand of
4 CrAppln 3543/17 amount are against the father-in-law, mother-in-law and husband of the deceased. The allegations against the present applicants are that once they have been abused the deceased Swati. These allegations are absolutely vague. No particulars are given. In such circumstances, the applicants can be protected from their arrest. Hence, following order.
O R D E R
(1) Applications are allowed.
(2) In the event of arrest of the applicants in connection with Crime No. 179 of 2017,registered with Gangapur police station District Aurangabad, they be released on bail on their furnishing P.R. bond of Rs.5000/- (Rupees five thousand only) each with one surety in the like amount.
