The Court has passed the elaborate order on 04.08.2022 and discussed the facts of the case. The common allegation of snatching the golden ornaments has been made in this case also. However, the description of the so called golden locket has not been given by the complainant. The possibility of making the incorrect allegation of snatching the golden chain to make the offence serious cannot be ruled out. The other allegations are not so serious. Hence, the following order :

ORDER

I) The application is allowed.
