15.07.2019 P.C. :- Mr. Jain the learned advocate submits that the petitioner was in the wait list. One selected candidate resigned after seven months. The petitioner ought to have been given appointment. The learned A.G.P. accepts notice for respondents.

The advertisement states that the appointment is on contractual basis, it was not a regular appointment. Even otherwise one who was appointed worked for seven months and thereafter resigned. It is not the case that the one appointed did not join the post. Moreover the said candidate resigned on 19.07.2018, the wait list period was for one year the same has culminated on 14.11.2018.
