DATE : 14th September, 2016 PER COURT :

The learned A.P.P. has tendered across the bar the affidavit-in-reply on behalf of respondent No.2. The same is taken on record.

2.

The learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, seeks liberty to withdraw this petition with further liberty to avail the remedy of appeal before the Appellate Authority. Accordingly, the criminal writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. It is needless to state that while considering the application for condonation of delay in filing the appeal, the Authority concerned shall take into consideration the time spent by the petitioner in prosecuting this writ petition.

Needless to observe that in case the petitioner is called upon to attend the pending cases before the Court, the petitioner would be at liberty to file an application before the Authority concerned, seeking permission to enter Beed city for attending the Court. The Registry of this Court shall inform the Principal District and Sessions Judge, Beed to assign all the cases pending against the petitioner to only one Court so that they could be scheduled for hearing simultaneously.

4.

With the above observations, the criminal writ petition stands disposed of.
