The Applicant/ original Petitioner prays for listing Writ Petition No.6078/2010 for final hearing.

The learned Advocate for the Applicant submits that the Applicant/ original Petitioner has challenged the disciplinary action against him. He has been reduced to basic pay scale by way of punishment when he can establish that he is innocent. His wife has been admitted in a hospital and is frequently required to take treatment, which has added to the financial burden of the Petitioner.
