There is apparent error in paragraph-1 in the judgment and order dated 5th April, 2019 passed in Family Court Appeal No.15 of 2019, while reference to Petition No.A-84/2011 has been made

instead of Petition No.A-84/2016. Similar mistake appears to have been even carried to in the operative order under Paragraph No.8 wherein it is wrongly mentioned as "Marriage Petition No.A84/2011" instead of "Marriage Petition No.A84/2016". 2.

In Paragraph-1 of the judgment and order dated 5th April, 2019, passed in Family Court Appeal No.15 of 2019, in the place of "Petition No.A-84/2011" reference ought to be corrected as "Petition No.A-84/2016", and also in clause (iii) of the operative order in place of figure "2011", figure "2016" should occur, reading, "Marriage Petition No.A-84/2016".

The judgment and order dated 5th April, 2019, passed in Family Court Appeal No.15 of 2019, stands corrected accordingly. Copies hitherto issued shall be deemed to be corrected accordingly. Henceforth, corrected copies be

issued to the parties concerned. Civil Application disposed of.
