The learned advocate for the petitioner, on a question put forth by the court as to what would be the remedy available against the impugned judgment dated 18.03.2019 delivered by the learned Member, Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Newasa in MACP No.241/2014, submits that the First Appeal would be maintainable. He seeks leave to withdraw this writ petition so as to file the First Appeal. In view of the above, this Writ Petition is disposed off with liberty to prefer a First Appeal. The time spent by the petitioner in this Court from 03.07.2019 till the passing of this order, shall be brought to the notice of the Appellate Court.
