1] This appeal is placed before us in today'

s National Lok Adalat.

2] Mr.S.G.Chapalgaonkar, learned counsel for the appellant and Mr.R.B.Dhakane, learned counsel for the respondent nos.1 and 2 are present.

3] Mr.S.G.Chapalgaonkar, learned counsel for the appellant submits that he wants to withdraw this appeal. 4] Mr.R.B.Dhakane, learned counsel for the respondent nos.1 and 2 has no objection to withdraw the said appeal.

5] Allow to withdraw this First Appeal and same stand disposed of as withdrawn.

2707.16FA 6] The amount deposited by the appellant is permitted to be withdrawn by the respondents - claimants along with accrued interest.

7] The disbursement of the amount shall be as per the apportionment made by the Tribunal.

8] The Office is directed to refund the Court fees and issue necessary certificate to that effect according to Rules.
