3] Considering the short term sentence awarded by learned Special Judge to present applicant/ appellant i.e. one year's rigorous imprisonment and fine of Rs.500/-, the substantive sentence is

hereby suspended. Fine amount has already been deposited by the applicant.

4] During pendency of the appeal, the applicant/appellant be released on bail on his executing P.R. bond in the sum of Rs.30,000/- (Rs.Thirty Thousand) and also upon furnishing surety in the like amount. Humdast allowed.
