This petition was dismissed in default earlier, as the learned advocate for the petitioners has consistently remained absent subsequently, it was restored. After the order dated 16.08.2019 was passed, again the learned advocate for the petitioners did not appear as is seen from the Faradsheet dated 02.09.2021 and 29.09.2021.

Even today, none appears for the petitioners. 2.

Stand over to 29.10.2021 for passing order of dismissal."
