The Writ Petition has already been disposed off. The disputed issues with regard to the joint measurement are raised in this Civil Application in a disposed off Writ Petition. There are several grounds raised for seeking quashing of the joint measurement and for a direction to conduct a re-joint measurement of the acquired land. Such disputed issues cannot be raised in a Civil Application or even in a Writ Petition. 2.

This Civil Application is, therefore, rejected.

If the Applicants/Petitioners desire to raise a grievance as regards the joint measurement before an appropriate Forum, as may be permissible in law, rejection of this Civil Application would not be an impediment.
