Heard. By this application under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, a provisional bail is asked for in connection with Crime No.0375/2020, registered at Karjat Police Station, District Ahmednagar for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 307, 341, 324, 143, 147, 148, 149, 188 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 4/25 of the Arms Act, on the ground of taking care of ailing father of the applicant.

The applicant has been in jail since May 2022. His

father appears to be a senior citizen. The applicant is the only son of his father, who is said to be bed-ridden, for the reasons given in paragraph No.5 of the application. The applicant is 24 years of age. For the reasons given in the Bail Application, I am inclined to release the applicant for a period of one month. Hence the order :

O R D E R

(i) The Bail Application is allowed.

(ii) The applicant be released on bail for a period of one month from the date of his release on bail, in connection with Crime No.0375/2020, registered at Karjat Police Station, District Ahmednagar for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 307, 341, 324, 143, 147, 148, 149, 188 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 4/25 of the Arms Act, on his executing P.R. bond in the sum of Rs.15,000/- (Rupees fifteen thousand) with one surety in the like amount. Bail before the trial Court.

(iii) It is made clear that, there shall, in no case, be an application for extension of bail on similar grounds. (iv) The applicant shall mark his presence at Vishrantwadi Police Station, Pune on every alternate day between 9.30

p.m. to 10.30 p.m.

(v) The applicant shall surrender back to jail after a period of one moth is over post his release on bail. (vi) The applicant shall not tamper with the prosecution evidence in any manner.
