DATED : NOVEMBER 20, 2025 ORDER:- The present Criminal Revision Application is filed by the informant for modification of the judgment and order dated 27.03.2003 in Sessions Case No. 215 of 2002 against present respondent Nos. 1 to 3/ accused. However, the informant has compromised the matter with these respondent Nos. 1 to 3/ accused and they are now acquitted from the charges levelled against them today itself. The aforesaid judgment is also set-aside by this Court. 2.

In view of the same, the present Criminal Revision Application having infructuous stands disposed of.
